Visa Help, Without the Guesswork
The Spanish visa process rewards people who know what each consulate wants. Your case manager does — and your dashboard shows you everything they're doing.
Your case is handled by Bureaucracy International Group — an independent private service, not affiliated with or acting on behalf of the Spanish Government.
Our service fee covers case management, document review, and included sworn translations only — any government or consular fees are separate and paid directly by the client to the relevant authority.
Which Route Fits You?
Almost everyone moving to Spain takes one of three routes:
- Non-Lucrative Visa — you can live on savings or passive income and won't work in Spain during your first year
- Digital Nomad Visa — you'll keep working remotely for employers or clients outside Spain
- Student Visa — you've been accepted to study, research or train at a Spanish institution
The Routes, In Numbers
-
Non-Lucrative Visa — for savings and passive income
€2,400 a month or €28,800 for the year (400% IPREM), plus €600 a month per family member. Pensions, rents and dividends count; salaries do not. One year, renewable for two at double the funds. Service fee from €999 per adult.
-
Digital Nomad Visa — for remote workers
€2,849 a month evidenced (200% SMI), at least 80% earned outside Spain, and a degree or three years' experience in your field. Up to three years when applied through UGE in Spain. Service fee from €1,399 per adult.
-
Student Visa — for admitted students
€620 a month in funds, health insurance, and application two months before the course. Degree students work 30 hours a week automatically. Service fee from €499 per adult.
-
Every route shares the same traps
Criminal records that expire in five to six months, certificates that must be freshly issued and apostilled, and sworn translations that must cover every word — the apostille's own text included. This is the layer our case managers exist for.
Figures are the 2026 thresholds and consulate practice at the time of writing; both change. Your case manager confirms the current numbers for your consulate before anything is filed.
What We Handle
The right route, checked first
